Lidar is short for Light Detection and Ranging, or Laser Radar.

It is an active remote sensing equipment using laser as emission light source and photoelectric detection technology. Lidar is an advanced detection method combining laser technology with modern photoelectric detection technology. It is composed of transmission system, receiving system, information processing, etc. The emission system is composed of various types of lasers, such as carbon dioxide laser, neodymium doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser, semiconductor laser, wavelength tunable solid-state laser and optical beam expansion unit; The receiving system adopts the combination of telescope and various forms of photodetectors, such as photomultiplier tube, semiconductor photodiode, avalanche photodiode, infrared and visible light multi detector, etc. Laser radar adopts two working modes, pulse or continuous wave. According to different detection principles, detection methods can be divided into meter scattering, Rayleigh scattering, Raman scattering, Brillouin scattering, fluorescence, Doppler and other laser radars.

TC series is an ideal equipment to realize fast temperature change and linear temperature change. Applicable standards:IEC60068-3-5、IEC60068-3-6、GB/T2423.22、IEC60068-2-14、JESD22-A104-D、JESD22-A105-C。

1.There are six series available for selection: 150L, 225L, 408L, 608L, 800L and 1000L. The fast temperature range is 5 ℃/min, 10 ℃/min, 15 ℃/min and 20 ℃/min. The model with the same performance occupies the smallest floor space. It can meet the international general test standards.
