Solution for Mouse Environmental Reliable Test

On 2022-Nov-Wed

The mouse is an external input device of the computer, and also an indicator of the vertical and horizontal coordinate positioning of the computer display system. It is named because it looks like a mouse. At present, the types of mouse include rolling ball mouse, photoelectric mouse, and wireless mouse. The mouse is our commonly used electronic devices. It replaces the tedious instructions of the keyboard, making the operation of the computer easier and faster. The environmental reliability test of the mouse can expose and analyze the failure rules, relevant failure modes and failure mechanisms of the mouse under different environmental and stress conditions, and inspect the performance and quality of the mouse, so as to ensure the quality of mouse.

Data shows that 52% of electronic product failures are caused by environmental effects: 40% are caused by temperature, 27% are caused by vibration, 19% are caused by humidity, and the remaining 14% are caused by sand dust, salt spray and other factors. It can be seen that there are many factors affecting the use of electronic products. Take the mouse as an example. If the temperature is too high, the mouse may burn and short circuit.

Today, we have organized three common solutions for mouse environment reliability testing:

NO.1 Temperature storage test

Test requirement:1. High temperature storage: temperature 65 ± 2 ℃, storage time 72h;

                            2. Low temperature storage: temperature: - 40 ℃, storage time: 72h.

After the temperature storage tests are completed, they should be placed at room temperature for 2h to check whether their functions are normal.

Recommendation: Temperature test chamber

NO.2 Temperature and humidity test

Test conditions: temperature 65 ℃/2h, humidity 93% RH. After the test, place it at room temperature for 2h and check whether its function is normal.

Recommendation: Temperature and humidity test chamber

NO.3 Temperature shock test

Test conditions: low temperature - 40 ℃/2h, high temperature 65 ℃/2h, 5 cycles in 1 min

Recommendation: Temperature shock test chamber

There are many environmental factors affecting the use of the mouse. In addition to the above three commonly used mouse environmental reliability tests, there are also salt spray tests and dust prevention tests. Customers who need mouse environment reliability test mostly choose our temperature test chamber PU-80, temperature and humidity test chamber PL-80 and two cases of basket type temperature shock test chamber TS2-80. Among them, the number of PL-80 customers ranks first among the three, which can meet the requirements of temperature storage test and high temperature and humidity test at the same time.
