Glossary

Standardization is a series of temperature, climate, electrical and / or mechanical stress tests applied to components or electronic boards of products.

The advantage of aging test is to find out the unqualified components or electronic boards before they are installed into the products by screening the early defects of components or electronic boards.

There are two types of aging tests:

The classic aging test (or "temperature storage") refers to keeping the material at a constant high temperature for a specified time.

HASS (highly accelerated stress screening) aging refers to the application of greater stress to electronic components or circuit boards to find their defects, so as to improve the reliability of electronic components or circuit boards.

Environmental test chamber

The environmental test chamber is a test space that can reproduce different temperature conditions to test the resistance and / or reaction of the test piece under different environmental conditions.

The environmental test chamber can reproduce the environment of high temperature, low temperature, humidity, "seaside" (salt spray).

The combination of environmental test chamber and vibration table can reproduce the comprehensive environment of temperature, humidity and vibration.

The volume of the environmental test chamber can be increased from 55 l to 1400 L (standard configuration) and 100 m ³ (special configuration).

Environmental simulation

The purpose of environmental simulation test is to determine the suitability of products or materials under specified temperature, pressure, humidity, mechanical stress, electrical stress or other environmental conditions. The ability to withstand certain combinations of these conditions and to store or transport them was also assessed.

thermal shock

The thermal shock test chamber is used to test the strength or service life of products by subjecting them to ultra fast temperature changes.

Lab Companion thermal shock test chamber is composed of two chambers (one high temperature and one cold low temperature) or three chambers (one high temperature, one ambient temperature and one low temperature) and a mobile transfer basket for holding test pieces.
