The Test Standard of Circuit Boards

On 2023-May-Sat

Temperature testing is a part of environmental reliability testing, and circuit boards need to undergo high-temperature and low-temperature cycling tests to detect and screen corresponding reliability capabilities.

In certain environments, the temperature may be sometimes high and sometimes low, and this constantly changing temperature environment can affect the functionality, performance, quality, and service life of products, accelerate product aging, and shorten their service life. If the product is exposed to such alternating high and low temperature environments for a long time, it needs to have sufficient ability to resist high and low temperature cycles.

Temperature testing of circuit boards:

The circuit board is subjected to a continuous test at 85℃ for 2 hours, followed by a continuous test at -40℃ for 2 hours. This test program requires 20 consecutive rounds to be completed. For similar experiments, as long as the corresponding test program is input into the control system of the temperature test chamber, it can intelligently run for 20 rounds or even more.
